About Us

Jen Nolan launched ProcurePros in May 2022, after a successful career as an executive at Brookdale Senior Living. Jen spent 16 years with Brookdale, serving as the Vice President of Procurement Strategy since 2014. After leading the senior living, hospice and home health business through the COVID pandemic challenges and then supply chain and inflation disruptions, Jen saw an opportunity to take her deep strategic procurement and operational experience to the small and mid-size operator segment to help them reduce their costs and maximize their supplier partnerships. Jen draws on 20 years of experience in procurement strategy and has a broad range of knowledge spanning supplier management, catalog optimization, strategic sourcing, joint business planning, acquisition execution, financial
analysis, and business growth in support of boosting corporate efficiency.

Prior to Brookdale, Nolan held procurement roles at Accenture and Hewlett Packard (HP) Enterprises. She holds a B.S. in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management, in addition to a B.B.A. in Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management from Bowling Green State University.

Prior to launching ProcurePros with Jen, Jesse spent many years in numerous leadership roles in Procurement at Brookdale Senior Living. During his time with Brookdale, he led a plethora of strategic projects within the Procurement function, which delivered millions of dollars in savings and other non-financial improvements. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he played a key role in the company’s response during which he led the creation and management of numerous critical tools & processes relied upon by the company to locate, source, and distribute critical PPE to hundreds of sites in the U.S . In addition to his deep expertise in procurement, Jesse also specializes in leading program design and rollout through company-wide alignment with leaders in Operations, Facilities & Asset Management, Shared Services, IT, and HR, and others. Jesse draws on more than 10 years of procurement expertise and is an expert at leading engagements related to vendor management, contracting, cost savings, and catalog development and enhancement. His passion is to harness the power to procurement, not just to save money, but to develop and implement successful programs that empower teams at local levels to execute on their core missions.

Prior to Brookdale, Jesse held multiple manufacturing procurement roles at Dow Corning, a Dow Chemical subsidiary. He holds a B.B.A. in Economics & Finance from Tennessee State University.
